Prices shown are without value-added tax (VAT). For customers from European Union (EU), VAT will be added at the end of the ordering process. Customers ordering outside EU may be charged with customs fees or other import taxes. RD buugeng cannot take any responsibility for these extra charges; it is the responsibility of the customer to inquire about all applicable customs fees beforehand.
RD buugeng guarantees full functionality of its products for 1 year from the date of original purchase. The warranty wonβt be honored if the product was exposed to water, fire, physical abuse, or the product was modified or tinkered with. We are not responsible for defects caused by mechanical damage, including but not limited to improper use, accidents, or negligence. RD buugeng reserves the right to assess each case individually.

The customer is responsible for the safe delivery of the broken product back for warranty repair. Should the defect happen within 3 months from the date of purchase, RD buugeng reserves the right to cover all shipping costs related to the repair for the customer, only up to a maximum limit of 20USD, provided the customer selects the economy shipping method and shows valid proof of payment. We will respond promptly after assessing the case and determining the best course of action.
The customer has the right to return the purchased product for a full refund if itβs sent to RD buugeng within 14 days after receiving the gear. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage, including all original accessories and packaging. RD buugeng reserves the right to refuse returns if the items are returned in a non-resalable condition. The customer must contact RD buugeng first before shipping any returns to ensure proper handling. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to RD buugeng without any damage during transport. Additionally, shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after RD buugeng receives the returned product.
