RD buugeng provides handcrafted flow props and accessories for artists, performers, and anyone who wants to explore prop manipulation. The Website also offers educational content including tutorials and a knowledge base. While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that content on the Website is error-free or complete.

If an error in pricing or product information is found on the Website, RD buugeng reserves the right to cancel and refund any affected orders. We will correct the error promptly and notify any affected customers. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
The Website may contain products, links, and information provided by third parties. This content is provided without any warranty or endorsement from RD buugeng and is not our responsibility. You use third-party content at your own risk.
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms and conditions or any purchase made through the Website, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator.
If mediation fails, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, including your email address and password, secure and confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person or allow anyone else to use your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us at shop@rdbuugeng.com immediately.
RD buugeng will send you transactional emails related to your orders, account, and activity on the Website. These are necessary for the operation of your account and cannot be opted out of while you have an active account.
With your consent, we may also send you marketing emails and newsletters about our products, promotions, and news. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
These terms and conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the Website or purchase of Products are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
RD buugeng shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure results from any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, strikes, pandemics, or shortages of transportation facilities.
In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. If the event continues for more than 30 days, the customer will be offered the choice of a full refund or waiting for the event to resolve.
RD buugeng owns all intellectual property rights in the Website, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, photographs, and video content, as well as all software and material forming part of the Services and the Website.
Without our prior written permission, you may not in any form or by any means adapt, reproduce, copy, store, distribute, display, publish, commercialise, or create derivative works from any part of this Website or any intellectual property belonging to RD buugeng.
These terms and conditions supersede all previous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written, and constitute the entire agreement between RD buugeng and the customer. RD buugeng reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and continued use of the Website following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
RD buugeng ships all orders from the Czech Republic, within the European Union. We contract third-party courier providers to deliver your order, selected by you at checkout. We offer various shipping methods, including standard and express delivery, to meet your needs.
Delivery Times: While we strive to meet targeted delivery times, please note that they may vary based on your location. As we do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that your item will always arrive within the targeted delivery times.
Tracking Information: Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
International Shipping: RD buugeng ships from the Czech Republic (EU). If you are ordering from outside the European Union – including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and other non-EU countries – your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are entirely outside our control. They are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering so there are no surprises on delivery.
Insurance: Every order shipped by RD buugeng is fully insured. In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will handle the claim with the courier directly – you won’t need to deal with that yourself. We will either send you a replacement or, if the product is no longer available, issue a full refund.
All prices shown on the Website are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT). For customers within the European Union, VAT will be calculated and added at checkout. For customers outside the EU, please refer to Section 13 for information on customs fees and import taxes.
RD buugeng guarantees full functionality of its products for 1 year from the date of original purchase. The warranty will not be honoured if the product has been exposed to water, fire damage, physical abuse, or has been modified or tampered with. We are not responsible for defects caused by mechanical damage, including improper use, accidents, or negligence. RD buugeng reserves the right to assess each warranty case individually.

Return shipping for warranty repairs:
The customer is responsible for the safe return of the product for warranty repair. If the defect occurs within 3 months of the date of purchase, RD buugeng may cover return shipping costs up to a maximum of 20 USD, provided the customer uses an economy shipping method and provides valid proof of payment.
Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to return any unused product within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the product arrives safely. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of RD buugeng receiving the returned product.
