Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Submit your request using the form below. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting.

How it works

The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the goods.
After submitting your request, send the goods back to us within 14 days. Do not ship anything before you receive our confirmation email.
You cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
We refund the product price and the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option for your country. If you selected a faster or more expensive shipping method, the difference is not refunded.
The refund is issued within 14 days after we receive the goods, using the same payment method you used for the order.
Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and with all accessories. If a returned item shows wear, damage or use beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Exceptions
Items made to your individual request outside our standard product options, such as custom paint job, custom shape, custom length, engraved or custom-dimensioned pieces, are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Orders outside the EU
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers in the EU. For orders shipped outside the EU, please see Sections 13 and 15 of our Terms and Conditions.
