Shipping

Every prop is made to order in our workshop in the Czech Republic and ships worldwide. This page covers how long it takes, what it costs, and what to expect at delivery.

When will my order arrive

Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Processing time is how long it takes us to build your props. It is listed on every product page and depends on the product and finish you choose.

Shipping time is how long the courier needs once your parcel is on its way. You can see it next to each courier below, in working days. Once your order ships, you receive a tracking code by email.

Shipping rates by country

Select your country to see available couriers, delivery times, and rates. Prices depend on parcel size, so each courier shows the rate for small, medium, and big packages.

Tracked shipping

Every single order ships with a tracking code, no exceptions. You receive it by email the moment your parcel is on its way.

Insured parcel

Every parcel is insured. If your order arrives damaged or something goes wrong in transit, contact us at shop@rdbuugeng.com as soon as possible, ideally within 2 days of delivery. Keep the box and all packaging materials and send us a few photos of the damage and the parcel. We handle the entire courier claim from there, but couriers only accept claims that are reported quickly and documented, so your part in those first days is what makes the claim succeed.

Customs and import fees

We ship from the Czech Republic, which is part of the European Union.

If you order from outside the EU (for example the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Switzerland), your country may charge import duties or taxes before delivery. These fees are set by your customs authority, are not included in our prices, and are paid by you as the recipient.

What to expect: the courier contacts you by email, SMS, or phone when payment or information is needed. Please respond to these messages. If customs cannot reach you or fees stay unpaid, the parcel may be returned or disposed of by customs, and we cannot refund orders lost this way.

A valid phone number at checkout is required for exactly this reason. It is only shared with the courier.
