Shipping and Delivery

The estimated processing time for each product is listed on its product page. On average, our processing times are:

  • wooden products 1-2 weeks,
  • fire products 1-5 working days,
  • plastic products 1-3 working days.

Please note that these are estimations, and the actual processing time may vary depending on the current volume of orders.

Delivery time estimates depend on your location. On average, they are:

  • 1-3 business days within the Czech Republic
  • 2-5 business days within the EU
  • 2-10 business days for international orders

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If you need your prop by a certain date that’s sooner than our estimated delivery time, please reach out to us before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on current production and shipping capacity.

Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method, destination, and package size. You can view the estimated shipping costs during the checkout process.

When ordering from RD buugeng, please be aware that customs fees or import taxes may apply upon your order’s arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot take responsibility for any additional charges incurred. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on any applicable fees before placing your order.

Please reach out to us as soon as possible. If we haven’t already booked the courier for your shipment, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes.

Returns and Warranty

Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our products for functional defects, starting from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from exposure to water, fire, physical abuse, or any modifications made to the product.

If you believe your product has a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us at shop@rdbuugeng.com or through our contact form. To initiate a warranty claim, provide us with as many pictures and/or videos of the damage as possible, along with a description of what happened and the issue you are experiencing.

Once we assess the case, we’ll guide you through the warranty process. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the defective product back to us for warranty repair. If the defect occurs within 3 months from the date of purchase, RD Buugeng may cover shipping costs related to the repair, up to a maximum limit of $20 USD, provided the customer selects the economy shipping method and shows valid proof of payment.

Please contact us first at shop@rdbuugeng.com or through our contact form to initiate the return process. You have 14 days from the date you received your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage, and should include all original accessories and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items are returned in a non-resalable condition. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to RD Buugeng without any damage during transport. Please note that shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product.

Yes, certain products are excluded from our return policy. This includes personalized items, custom orders, or any products that have been used or show signs of wear. If you have any questions about whether a specific product can be returned, please feel free to contact us.

Yes, we offer repair services for our products even after the warranty period has expired. We will always do our best to help you get back to enjoying your product.
