Every RD prop is handmade in our Prague workshop, so we know each one inside out. When a rope wears thin, a grip gets tired or a wick burns down, we bring it back to how it felt on day one.

What we replace

We replace the worn part on your prop with a brand-new one.
Every repair is our work + the part you choose to replace.
Example: a new silicone knob is €5 work + €5 knob = €10.

How pricing works
Each price is for one piece. A pair counts as two.
Parts are extra, unless the card says “included”.
Shipping is extra, both ways.

Example: new rubber knobs on a pair of poi = 2 × (€5 work + €3 knob) = €16, plus shipping.

We only repair RD props, so we can guarantee the result. Broken in the first year? It may be covered by our 1-year warranty, so write to us first. Return shipping depends on where you want it shipped, and we add it to your quote.

How it works

1. Write to us what needs fixing, with a photo.
2. We reply with the price and our address.
3. We fix it and ship it back to you.

Meet us at a festival

Bring your prop to our stand and we fix it on the spot.
Tell us a few days before, so we pack the right parts.
